1. Added EPRE (Energy Per Resource Element) prediction for LTE and 5G.

2. Updated XLS report for CPE to include RSRP, RSRQ, and EPRE results.

3. Fixed a bug that could occur when switching between custom and standard clutter.

4. Minor bugs fixed.
